A shining star in the constellation of racing yacht designers, Sam Manuard is unique in that he is both a sailor and a designer. Trained as a geophysical engineer, he chose at the age of 28 to return to his passion for offshore racing. He quickly made a name for himself with impressive results on a wide variety of boats, including the Mini 6.50, Figaro-BENETEAU, Class 40, Orma and Multi 50.
