Marialuisa Francia

Marialuisa Francia is a naval engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in high-performance yacht design and composite manufacturing. After studying Naval Engineering at the University of Genoa, École Centrale Nantes and TUHH Hamburg, she spent years working on some of the world’s most advanced composite racing yachts and components, including America’s Cup, IMOCA and TP52. She subsequently worked as a project and yard manager across leading Italian yacht builders and founded Skyron Yacht Design & Engineering, collaborating with major European and Italian brands. She is now CEO and founder of P2M, a software company developing digital solutions and AI-powered tools for yacht construction, management and operations.
