Annie Lush
Professional sailor
Annie Lush is an Olympian and multiple World Champion sailor who has competed in three editions of The Ocean Race, including with Team SCA, the first all female team in the race for over 16 years.
Alongside sailing, Annie works with teams and businesses on performance, leadership and teamwork, drawing on her experience as a professional athlete and coach.
She is a co-founder and on the board of The Magenta Project, a charity working to support women in the marine industry and developing female sailors, and has worked extensively in education and sustainability.
